    The Shift with Wayne Deyer!

    • Thanks Irene! Me and Owen starting watching this last night on FMTV – weird acting but Wayne Dyer certainly conveyed some incredibly profound wisdom. What did you like about it?

Little Buddha is a great Tutorial on Buddhism along with Seven Years in Tibet. Cloud Atlas does a good job of explaining reincarnation and the evolution of the soul. City of Angels the possibility that some things are true whether we believe in them or not. The Hunger Games that we send our young to fight our battles sacrificing them for our safety. The Lake House that the possibility exists that we can connect to the right and perfect person without the limits of time and finally meet them when we align. Sweet November that it is our intimate relationships which remake us. The one I cannot remember about the first contact between the white settlers and Indian tribes where Pocahontas saves the life of the English captain played by Colin Farrell. Superb acting and asks the question of who are the barbarians?

I would recommend Peter Weir´s film Fearless, which is a stirring film about overcoming one´s fear. The opening sequence is absolutely unforgettable. I would also like to recommend another of Weir´s films, Dead Poet Society. Life is not just about surviving…. there has to be something to live *for*. That´s where beauty, art and poetry comes in. I love this film.
